Determined
Determined to advocate for those who couldn’t advocate for themselves, Edan took a gap year to focus on his business and prepare for the LSAT. He was accepted into Touro Law School’s accelerated program and graduated in just two years.
Shortly after, he joined Robinson Yablon Cooper & Bonfante, LLP, where he worked as a personal injury associate for three years. Never one to settle, Edan eventually founded his own law firm—Darmoni Law—continuing his mission to speak up for those in need with compassion and conviction.

After high school
After high school, Edan attended Baruch College, where he majored in accounting. He graduated in May 2017 with a Bachelor’s Degree, all while running his leasing business. Identifying a weakness in his own company’s payroll system, Edan didn’t hesitate—he founded PayRight, a payroll company created to solve that very issue. Yet, even with his growing success in business, Edan’s love for human connection and helping others inspired him to follow a lifelong dream: becoming an attorney.
From a Young Age, Edan Was a Natural- Born Entrepreneur
From a young age, Edan was a natural-born entrepreneur, always seeking ways to build and contribute. At 16, he began leasing and financing cars within his community, quickly earning the title of the youngest salesman in the industry.
His sharp business sense soon led him to recognize a recurring challenge: many of his clients were being held back by poor credit. Instead of accepting defeat, Edan tackled the issue head-on, diving into the credit repair industry to help clients rebuild their credit and access better financial opportunities—from car loans to home ownership.

About Edan
Edan Darmoni was born and raised on Staten Island, where he began his journey at the Jewish Foundation School. It was there that he first developed a foundation in Judaism, nurturing a spiritual connection that would only deepen throughout his life. He continued his education at Yeshivah of Flatbush Joel Braverman High School, where, at just 14 years old, he met the girl who would later become his wife.
A Loving Home
At 23, Edan married his high school sweetheart, the same girl he met at 14. Together, they built a beautiful family, including two sons and a daughter. Despite his professional success, Edan always said that his greatest accomplishment was the loving home he created with his wife.
